Individuals must be of legal age to participate and their identity must be proven to the satisfaction of LCI to obtain a Player Rewards card.
The benefits of the Player Rewards loyalty programme are intended for the use of the individual listed on the account.
A Player Rewards card may be used to track the play and accumulate Reward Points by the participant on their account only. It is against programme rules for a participant to accrue points by distributing his / her card to other players.
London Clubs International (LCI) and its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies (LCI Group) are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, including any resulting misuse.
Reward Points can be earned and redeemed at any participating LCI property, subject only to any LCI casino's membership requirements.
At its sole discretion, LCI may separately reward selected players money, goods, services or other advantage proportionate to the type and level of their gambling.
Reward Points are earned on food and drink purchases and for all tracked slot and electronic gaming play. Where applicable, Reward Points may be earned for all tracked table play.
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure his/her Player Rewards card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots or electronic roulette. Where applicable, it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that a supervisor is aware of their play when playing tables or any other games.
All Reward Point earnings are subject to review and verification.
Reward Points remain valid providing the participant visits an LCI property at least once every six months; otherwise the entire Reward Point account balance will expire.
Where table tracking is applicable, LCI uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play; however, as a condition of receiving Reward Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Reward Points are granted based on the personal observation of LCI employees, which is subject to error. The determination of LCI shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Player Rewards card and at management discretion.
Reward Points are redeemable for food and beverage at participating LCI bars and restaurants, as well as items from the Player Rewards desk, merchandise catalogue or rewards menu. Reward Points have no cash value. They may be rounded up to the nearest £1 when being redeemed for food, beverage or other retail items on LCI property.
All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of LCI.
A participant's identity must be verified to the satisfaction of LCI in order to redeem Reward Points.
In the event of death, this will result in the cancellation of the Player Rewards membership and forfeiture of the available points balance.
Player Rewards cards are non-transferable, the property of LCI and must be returned upon request of LCI. Reward Point earnings are non-transferable including upon death or divorce.
LCI may engage in strategic relationships and/or promotions, which may result in the earning of Bonus Reward Points that are deposited into a participants account.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this programme lie solely with LCI whose decisions are final.
LCI reserves the right to modify or cancel this loyalty programme at any time, for any reason, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant's reward(s) already earned or redeemed. Notice will be given in advance of such changes.
LCI reserves the right to revoke or deny application for membership if the individual has not complied with the loyalty programme in any manner inclusive of the Terms & Conditions and/or misuse of the Player Rewards card. Any fraudulent usage of the card may result in the immediate loss of Player Rewards membership and all privileges will be revoked.
Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities by their own request, or those excluded at the sole discretion of LCI are not eligible. Any existing Player Rewards account and its Rewards Points balance will be cancelled and forfeit accordingly.
In the event of outstanding monies owed to any LCI property, the Player Rewards benefits may be suspended pending payment of the outstanding debt.
By participating in this loyalty programme, participants agree to the rules and regulations.
The LCI Player Rewards loyalty programme in the UK is separate from any programme at any of LCI's international properties as well as HOC's Total Rewards loyalty program.
